The morning view from La Breudiere. A view like this is usually a sign that it's going to be a very hot day.
Christmas 2004, We disappeared off to Disneyland Paris with the children for 2 days. When we returned, this wall was in a heap on the floor.
If that happened to our English house we would be devastated. Here we just get on with rebuilding it.

You may have seen this on other pictures. It is now the utility room. Note the bread oven which still needs restoring.
Notice the lean on the outside of the kitchen wall, I think summer 2006 may be the time to take some of it down and rebuild it. Water had got behind it before the roof was done and caused some movement.
