This is one of our properties that we modernised in 2009. Built in 1963 and not really updated much since then. It still had the original bathrooms in glorious 1960's colours. The property benefited from an indoor swimming pool that was added in 1966. The bathrooms and kitchen required replacement and the flat roof extension made an ideal opportunity to create a beautiful deck with views to the sea. The raised garden provided an additional opportunity for a raised deck with views to the downs. The downstairs dreary carpets were replaced with marble flooring and solid oak throughout.

The kitchen had been replaced in the early eighties and was looking a little dated. Note the floor to ceiling tiling - made interesting removal. We installed new UPVC double glazed units whilst we were updating.
